01 Information We Collect

PumpSniper does not collect any personally identifiable information. The app operates by:

• Connecting to our server via WebSocket to receive real-time token data
• Storing your app preferences (settings, favorites, notes) locally on your device only
• No account creation required
• No wallet connection required
• Limited, non-identifying usage statistics (see section 09)

02 On-Chain Data

PumpSniper analyzes publicly available blockchain data from the Solana network, including token creator wallet addresses and transaction histories. This data is public by nature of the blockchain and is not personal information under applicable privacy laws.

03 Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to provide the app's functionality:

• Helius — Solana blockchain data provider
• DexScreener — Token market data
• Pumpportal — Real-time pump.fun token feed
• Expo / Apple Push Notification Service — Push notifications
• Google AdMob — Banner ads (see section 10)

These services may process technical data such as IP addresses in accordance with their own privacy policies.

04 Local Storage

The following data is stored locally on your device only and is never transmitted to our servers:

• App settings and preferences
• Favorite tokens
• Personal notes on tokens
• Tracked token alerts

05 Push Notifications

If you enable push notifications, your device's push token is stored on our server to send you token alerts and to measure app usage (see section 09). This token is not linked to your name, email, or any account, and cannot be used to identify you personally.

06 Children's Privacy

PumpSniper is not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

09 Usage Analytics

We collect limited, non-identifying usage data to understand how the app is used and to improve it:

• When affiliate links (Photon, Axiom) are opened, and which token they relate to
• Which alerts lead to link opens, and how quickly
• Aggregated daily counts of active devices

This data is linked only to your device's push token, never to your name, email, or any account. It is stored on our own servers and is never shared with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not combine it with data from other apps or websites.

Affiliate links contain a referral code. When you open one, the destination service (Photon or Axiom) sees that a visitor arrived via PumpSniper — but we never send your device token or any identifier to them.

10 Advertising

PumpSniper displays banner ads provided by Google AdMob. To serve these ads, AdMob may collect your device's advertising identifier and technical information about your device.

We have configured AdMob to serve non-personalized ads only. This means ads are not based on your past behaviour, and your data is not combined with data from other apps or websites for advertising purposes.
